Honestly the most beautiful pallet I have ever used! From the eyeshadows, to the highlighter the whole book is the best way to complete a look! Here I am ready for my hen do with the pallet as my go to tool. It lasted all day! The colours and shimmer are stunning! A MUST HAVE item!
N-am avut niciodată și nici n am văzut o paletă mai bună decât aceasta. Pe lângă ca găsești aproape tot de ce ai avea nevoie pentru a realiza un machiaj profesionist în ea, calitatea lor este la cote maxime. Cu siguranță mai voi cumpăra și alte capitole!
Terrible customer service. I got sent 2x chapter2 palettes when I ordered chapter3 2x.
When I got in touch the service was terrible after sending it back they never tried sorting it out for me. Always getting told it can take upto 14 days however, it took over a month. After continuous chasing I was finally told that it was out of stock and then at the end got sent the chapter 2 palletes in replacement. A big mess and a big waste of time.
