Your subscription starts the month you sign up. After your first box, payments are taken between the 28th–31st depending on the month — that's also when your next box is prepared. Example: sign up on 10 January and you're billed that day for your first box; your next payment won't be until 28 February.

Yes — cancel your monthly subscription any time with no cancellation fee. Note: 6-month and 12-month pre-paid subscriptions can't be refunded once purchased, and aren't compensated for leaving early.

Contents vary every month — a mix of brand-new products and a selection of our stay-in-line best sellers. The month your payment is taken is the box you'll receive (April payment = April box, May payment = May box).

Yes — shipping is added automatically when your subscription payment is taken on the agreed date. Shipping costs vary by location; see our delivery FAQs for full details.

Both are a single one-off payment for 6 or 12 consecutive Budget Boxes. Your first box is the month you sign up (dispatched 7 working days after the last day of that month). Shipping is charged each month when your box leaves our warehouse.
