2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

2.3 We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.

2.4 Prices are listed in US Dollars and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations for US customers. 

2.5 P.Louise reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.


3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

3.1 We ship orders from the UK to the US.

3.2 Estimated delivery times vary and may be subject to customs clearance delays. 

3.3 Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email. 

3.4 P.Louise is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including customs processing.

3.5 Orders containing more than one item may be shipped in separate parcels.


4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 4.1 For hygiene reasons, certain beauty products are non-returnable unless defective.


5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

5.1 If you subscribe to our beauty subscription service, you agree to recurring charges based on your selected plan.

5.2 You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

5.3 Refunds for subscription services are not provided once an order has been processed.


6. LIABILITY

6.1 P.Louise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

6.2 While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

6.3 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products purchased.


7. GOVERNING LAW

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. LOYALTY GIVEAWAY

Promoter
The promoter is P.Louise (“P.Louise”).

Eligibility
This promotion is open to Royalty Is Loyalty members aged 16 or over.
To be eligible, participants must purchase at least one eligible product from the specified collection during the promotion period.

Giveaway
Three (3) eligible participants who complete a qualifying purchase will each receive $300 USD P.Louise store credit.
Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.
Store credit will be applied directly to the winner’s P.Louise account and is subject to standard P.Louise Terms & Conditions.

Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants who have placed a qualifying order.
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their P.Louise account.
If a selected winner does not respond within 7 days, P.Louise reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Returns & Cancellations
If a qualifying order is returned, refunded, or cancelled (in whole or in part), the entry will be void and participation withdrawn.

General
P.Louise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion if circumstances require.
Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

10. FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE

  1. This promotion is operated by P.Louise (“the Promoter”).
  2. The free gift will be automatically added to the cart on qualifying orders placed via the P.Louise desktop and mobile website.
  3. The GWP will only apply on full priced items. If you basket contains on Sale or Pre-order items, it won't apply.
  4. Orders placed via the P.Louise Website need to be over $52 in order to apply
  5. The free gift is not transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged.
  6. The free gift available may change at any time depending on stock availability.
  7. Only one free gift per qualifying order will be issued.
  8. The free gift cannot be added retrospectively to orders already placed.

 


11. T&C’S WHAT A TREAT COLLECTION USA

Eligibility
Open to US customers aged 16 or over.
To enter, customers must purchase any product from the “What a Treat!” Collection during the promotional period.

Promotional Period
This promotion runs for 7 days, from 29 April 2026 to 5 May 2026.

Giveaway
Two (2) US customers will be selected at random from eligible purchases made during the promotional period.

Each winner will receive:

  • $250 store credit

Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. It will be issued in accordance with standard P.Louise account and rewards terms.

Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random and contacted via the email address linked to their P.Louise account.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, P.Louise reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Returns & Cancellations
Any returned, refunded, or cancelled orders (in full or part) will invalidate the entry.

 

12. TIKTOK LIVES TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1. Order cancellations and winnings
If you cancel your order, any associated winnings will be forfeited. If you have cancellation rate greater than 50%, it may lead to your future wins being forfeited.

1.2. Giveaway enquiries
All enquiries regarding giveaways should be directed exclusively to our business TikTok platform at lives@plouise.co.uk.

1.3. Winnings and order numbers
Winnings are associated with specific order numbers rather than individual accounts.

1.4. Non-exchangeable winning items
Winning items are final and cannot be exchanged or modified once they have been packed or received.

1.5. Winner selection process
Winners are selected at random from TikTok Live orders and must answer a question correctly to qualify as a winner.

1.6. Damaged winning items
We are unable to replace winning items that arrive damaged.

1.7. Duplicate item returns
Duplicate items are non-returnable.

1.8. Non-returnable original orders
Once you have received your winning items, the original order is ineligible for return.

1.9. Multiple mystery boxes in one order
If you purchase multiple mystery boxes within a single order, only one will qualify for doubling.

1.10. TikTok Shop orders only
Winners are exclusively selected from orders placed through the TikTok Shop.

1.11. Transportation issues
In the event of any issues during transportation, such as lost, damaged, or missing packages, please contact the courier directly. P.Louise is not accountable for these occurrences.

 



Free Gift with Purchase – Terms & Conditions

This promotion is operated by P.Louise.

The free gift must be added to the cart on qualifying orders placed via the P.Louise desktop and mobile website, and the relevant discount code must be applied at checkout for the offer to be activated.

To qualify for the free Christmas Present Gift with Purchase, customers must have previously purchased one of our large Advent Calendars from previous years and successfully pre-order the 2026 Advent Calendar.

If you purchased a previous Advent Calendar after 21st May 2026 and have not received your access email, please contact our Customer Care team with proof of purchase so we can arrange this for you.

Discount codes, promotions, and additional offers cannot be applied to Advent Calendar purchases.
