My daughter was made up buying this cup from the Trafford center store but we was very disappointed that the straw was split so don’t work rang the store and the member of staff I spoke to wasn’t very helpful so don’t think I’ll be shopping at plouse store again in Trafford center plus so the overall experience was ruined. If the lady who I spoke to on the phone at Trafford center just said I’m sorry for this bring it back exchange or give me your address I’ll pass this matter to someone who could ship you a new straw that would of been fine but her response was what do you want me to do about it if. If any of the plouse team want to ring me regarding this matter please call me on 07476156948 thanks Anthony

I love this cup and wish they would offer more. I keep it for display rather than using it though. I probably will use it someday, but not often. I just signed up for the Advent calendar for the first time. I'm really sad only those who have ordered previous calendars will be getting an extra box with a cup. That probably would have been in the top 10 products on my wishlist for the Advent.

I’m in actual love with this cup and I’m extremely happy that I was able to get this . I personally prefer metal travel cups as they keep things cool or warm depending on the contents
