Customer photo review of P.Louise Sippin On Success Bad B*tch Cup - 500ml

Purchased for my granddaughter at the experience day and when used with any amount of liquid it leaks. I did try to reach out using the contact form but have had no response

I bought this for my daughter’s birthday as she had been begging me to bring her to p.Louise . She takes it everywhere with her ( apart from school) as she’s only 8 lol

My daughter loves the bottle but when she opened it up there is no strap and I have been intouch with customer service and heard nothing back

Great products as always. Fast delivery. One of the boxes was damaged with water/rain due to a rip in the delivery bag but that’s more to do with delivery service.

The bottle leaks, I did email the help team and they sent my daughter a new bottle which we were grateful for, but sadly the new one leaks also. So I think it’s just a fault with the bottle…

Disappointing unfortunately. One of the clips on the lanyard broke after the 1st use. It started going rusty very quickly also on the metal bits where the clips for the lid are. It’s a shame as it would be a nice drinks bottle but I was disappointed with this.

My products were never delivered. It was quite a lot of money. I have yet to receive a refund. And I was told there was a mistake and I would have to pay additional to have it re-delivered to my home. Absolutely not. Bad customer service.
